Description of position

Reporting to the Sales Director, the selected professional will be responsible for the creation, development and fidelization of a customer base, helping them experience in the following areas:

- Corporate Solutions for Data Center (CDC) and Internet Data Centers (IDC)
- Solutions for interactive agencies
- Improved performance and scalability for internet portals
- Security optimally managed
- Demand Management systems (monitoring, life cycle management of applications, Capacity Planning, Improvement, documentation, reporting, plan development, …)
- Detection and resolution of problems (troubleshooting)
- Systems Engineering, audits and design of architectures and platforms for information systems
- Project Management and ICT providers

The position is based in Barcelona, ​​with coverage for the Spanish territory.

Desired Skills & Experience

5 years of consultative sales of technology services
Technical Training: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar
background

II. Senior Project Manager – EDI Implementation in SAP environment

For one of our projects, Execus is looking to add a contract support to our team on a project basis.

Title: Project Manager – EDI Implementation in SAP environment
Role: A Global leading healthcare products supplier with a solid position in Spain is willing to comply with the EDI requirements for the healthcare public sector (ICS, SAS, Osakidetza, …) and would like a project management support to help with the following duties:
- Understand the As-IS EDI situation of the company in Spain
- Understand the public administrations EDI messages requirements
- Define a TO-BE situation and a implementation plan for the company regarding their EDI situation
- Lead a RFP process to select the appropriate EDI Services provider for the company
- Act as PMO for the implementation project
- Act as single-interface for EDI Services provider – technical interface
- Act as single-interface for public administrations’ EDI teams – technical and business interface
- Act as single-interface with internal departments (Customer Service, Finance, Operations, …) – business interface
- Act as single-interface with the Headquarters in Europe in order to ensure that the SAP IT Team is coordinated – technical and business interface
Requirements:
- Previous EDI implementation experience
- Solid understanding of SAP’s EDI module and iDOC
- PM experrience
- PM certifications a plus
- Proficiency English and Spanish

II. London based Strategy, Logistics, MDM, Tax Interim Project Consultants

One of our business Partners in the UK has been awarded aproject with a FTSE 250 company, and is asking us to help fill several positions in the UK. Strong candidates should be able to relocate to London for the duration of the project.

A PLC (LSE Quoted) has asked for support for a supply chain transformation project that they are launching imminently. The project is within their specialised electronic equipment division (£600m turnover) and has the support of the Divisional and Group Board.

The key objectives of the project are to:

  • Establish a global procurement function employing category management and associated processes across the whole Division
  • Centralise the Supply Management functions utilising established best practices drawn from other industries
  • Deliver a sustained reduction in internal costs and bought-out spend whilst enhancing overall service delivery performance
  • Complete the initial reorganisation for major manufacturing sites by no later than September 2012 and all sites by the end of FY13 (July 2013). Deliver the full run rate benefits to headline operating profit from the start of FY14 (August 2013)
  • Minimise disruption to day-to-day business throughout implementation

Apart from HQ and service centres, the project will cover 8 manufacturing sites (1 UK, 3 Europe and 4 North America).  All spend will be covered as part of the project – total spend value approx £225m. The ERP system used globally is SAP.

The client will need a number of SMEs starting in January 2012 in the following areas.

1. Strategy specialist who can help with an Organisational Capability review and prepare a detailed implementation plan using gap analysis . This role is expected to last 6 weeks

2. Procurement – At least one SME will be needed here for some 9 months. Ideally, you should have experience of setting up a centralised procurement function (from scratch) for a multi location (spread globally) manufacturing company using category management and associated processes  with SAP as the main ERP system. Demonstrable evidence of cost savings in your background is essential

3. Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution – there are likely at least two SMEs required for this function for a 10 to 12 month period.  The consultant should have deep experience of setting up global hub(s) that facilitate “ship direct” processes eliminating double handling and related charges. Demonstrable evidence of cost savings in the background is essential.

4. Master Data Management – this is more tactical and we need about 4 data cleansers for a period of a few weeks to cleanse the central information on SAP

5. Intercompany transfer pricing  / tax specialist – to help drive decision making around the best choice of international locations for the procurement and logistics hub(s) noted above.

London base with some travel as needed. A definite January 2012 start for 1 above and the rest could be delayed to  February 2012 if they have to wait for the right consultant

Job Title: Project Analyst

JOB PURPOSE (MISSION)

The role is to provide professional project management support to a Senior Project Manager with a European remit. He / She are to ensure that a standardized approach is taken for process mapping and identifying gaps, for project management measurement and reporting. Specifically the The communication needed following meetings/presentations to the wider stakeholders groups He / She to be able to perform other administrative duties as delegated by the Senior Project Manager. and the Business lead

KEY RESULT AREAS

Support the project team with administrative and travel arrangements, as requested

Monitors & controls the preparation of management information, including project financial control & executive reporting

Facilitates & identifies possible impact and integration points and dependencies between projects as part of the RAID framework

Ensures alignment of projects with business objectives and communications content and needs and seeks corrective actions where and if necessary.

Supports the Senior Project Manager in the maintenance of the current status of project plans{s} and communicates to the PMO, Project Manager and other key stakeholders where necessary within the confines of the designated project{s}.

Supports the Senior Project Manager in the assessment and monitoring of projects, business and financial performance against programme objectives

Supports the Senior Project Managers in the development of CER’s & management of CERTS.

Supports the Senior Project Manager in cost identification, cost control, capturing of actual against forecasted spend.

Supports and assists in the capture and tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders & invoices, reporting upon variances between actual & spend across allocated projects.

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years in a PMO environment either within Lean, Business Process reengineering BPR or major IT change management projects r Management reporting environment with proven experience of successfully working within a highly complex project, programme or portfolio office environment with a pan European delivery remit.

Must demonstrate and provide previous experience of supporting a wide range of projects with a portfolio environment to a value of > $50 million value and / or in excess of 3 years in duration {Mandatory} Espacialy project with Significant headcount reduction

He or She must have a proven experience of project and resource planning, budgeting, project milestone planning, project stage-gate reviews & project reporting, within the context of a pan European delivery remit.} {Mandatory}

CORE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

EPM & MS office skills especially project management tools (MS Projects) and the use of tools which is used as the central repository of all records within a regional PMO.

A very good working & technical knowledge of Portfolio Management tools and techniques including :
